Privacy Policy

HabitCost is built to be private by default. This policy explains, in plain English, what happens to your information when you use the HabitCost website (the free calculators) and the HabitCost mobile app. The short version: there is no account, no login, and we do not run a server that collects your numbers.

No account, no sign-in

You never create an account or sign in. We don't ask for your name, email or any identifying details to use the calculators or the app.

Your numbers stay with you

The prices and frequencies you type into the web calculators are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to us. In the mobile app, the habits you add are stored only on your own device. There is no server that receives or stores them.

Analytics

The website uses privacy-friendly, aggregate traffic measurement only (page views and country at the network/CDN level). There is no per-user tracking pixel on the calculators and no advertising tracking.

Advertising

The current version of the app contains no ads. If advertising is added later, this policy will be updated first, and the app will request only non-personalised ads.

Children

HabitCost is a general-purpose financial-awareness tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
